About Us Real Estate has long been a tradition in my family; hence the "heritage" in our company name. My father, Ed Elsasser, was involved in the industry for 41 years and my mother, Gloria, 38 years. I am now in my 37th year in the Real Estate business and am very proud to carry on our family tradition of providing friendly and professional Real Estate service to both buyers and sellers. My family moved to Horseshoe Lake in Seguin Township in 1952 where we owned and operated a Cottage Resort & Marina business for many years until selling it in 1981. Over the past two years I have pulled away from the management side of the business and dedicated my work solely to real estate sales/service and property management which I have always enjoyed the most. This change in my career has been very successful and this year I sold my brokerage and stayed on as an Associate Broker at our Rosseau office.
